All Sunpact Art clocks are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Because each item is crafted based on information and images you provide, our products are considered custom-made goods and are subject to the cancellation and return limitations described below.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, import duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We accept major credit cards via Stripe and PayPal.
When you upload a photo of your pet, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that image. You grant Sunpact Art a limited licence to use the photo solely for the purpose of producing your order. We will not use your pet photos for marketing without your consent.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sunpact Art is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
