Every Sunpact Art clock is custom-made just for you. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced, quality-checked, and dispatched after order confirmation. During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day), production times may be slightly longer — we will notify you if this applies to your order.

Once your clock has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
International orders (outside the country of fulfilment) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product price or shipping. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a full residential or business street address at checkout.
